Feedback helps us improve our services and continue providing respectful, safe and professional psychological care.
How to Provide Feedback
You can provide feedback by:
- Speaking with your psychologist
- Calling or emailing NM Psychology
- Completing the feedback form
- Asking a support person or representative to contact us
Feedback may be submitted anonymously, although this may limit our ability to investigate or respond.

Making a Complaint
Please include:
- A brief description of the concern
- Relevant dates or appointments
- The people involved
- Any steps already taken
- The outcome you are seeking
Only include information relevant to the matter.
What Happens Next?
NM Psychology will:
- Acknowledge the complaint
- Review the information provided
- Contact you if further details are required
- Provide a response within a reasonable timeframe
- Discuss an appropriate resolution where possible
Raising a complaint will not affect your access to respectful care.
Privacy
Feedback and complaints will be handled confidentially and in accordance with the NM Psychology Privacy Policy.
Information may be shared where necessary to investigate the matter or where required by law.

You may contact an independent complaints body at any time.

The Commissioner handles complaints about health services and health information in Victoria.

Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Concerns about the conduct, health or performance of a registered psychologist may be submitted to Ahpra through its online concern form.
You do not need permission from NM Psychology to contact either organisation.
