We may discuss your current concerns, relevant history, personal strengths, goals and any supports already involved in your care. There is no expectation to share everything during the first session. Building a comfortable therapeutic relationship takes time.

Telehealth can be a flexible option for individuals and families living in regional areas, managing busy schedules or preferring to attend from home.
