Once your enquiry has been received, NM Psychology will review the information provided and contact you to discuss:

  • Referral or funding requirements
  • Face-to-face or telehealth preferences
  • Appointment availability
  • Relevant forms or documents
  • The most appropriate next step

 

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically confirm an appointment. Appointment availability and suitability will be discussed before a booking is finalised.

PROFESSIONAL REFERRALS

Referring a Client to NM Psychology

Referrals are welcomed from individuals, families, general practitioners, schools, allied health professionals, support coordinators and other services.

Please use the dedicated referral form when providing client information or supporting documents.

FLEXIBLE ACCESS

Face-to-Face and Telehealth Services

Appointments may be available face-to-face or through telehealth, depending on the client’s circumstances and the service required.

Telehealth can provide a flexible option for people living in regional areas, managing busy schedules or preferring to attend from home.

After-hours and weekend appointments may be available, subject to clinician availability.

Private and Funded Options

NM Psychology may provide services through:

  • Private referrals
  • Medicare Mental Health Treatment Plans
  • NDIS self-managed and plan-managed funding
  • WorkCover
  • TAC
  • Work and Development Permit services
  • Employee Assistance Programs
  • Eligible private health insurance policies

 

Funding requirements vary. Please include your intended funding pathway in the enquiry form where possible.
