NM Psychology understands that unexpected situations can arise and appointments may occasionally need to be changed.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may incur a cancellation fee. The applicable fee will depend on the service and funding arrangement and will be explained before services begin.
The 48-hour notice period is calculated from the day of the appointment.
