With consent, NM Psychology may communicate with relevant professionals or support people, including GPs, schools, allied health professionals, support coordinators and funding bodies.

NM Psychology takes reasonable steps to protect personal and health information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Information may be stored using secure electronic practice-management, communication, payment, accounting and cloud-storage systems, as well as in other formats where required.
NM Psychology may use carefully selected third-party service providers to support functions such as practice management, forms, communication, payments, accounting and website hosting. These providers may process information on behalf of NM Psychology and are expected to maintain appropriate privacy and security safeguards.
Please confirm whether any service providers store or process information outside Australia. If they do, this should be explained in the policy.
Information submitted through website forms or email will be used to respond to enquiries, referrals and appointment requests.
Website forms and email should not be used for emergencies or urgent mental health concerns.
You may request access to personal or health information held about you or ask for information to be corrected if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. Identity or authority may need to be confirmed before information is released. Access may be limited where permitted or required by law.
NM Psychology will review privacy concerns and respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied with the response, you may be able to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner or another relevant complaints body.
